I just made this PL card to use in my last page for the month. I only have two of the pockets filled as I'm waiting for some pictures of the grandkids I'll see this weekend.
I used the sketch #110 at "SKETCHES IN THYME PROJECT LIFE STYLE" to make this card.
Here is the one pocket it is going in along with the picture I made the card for.

We had all the family here with us the end of June and we took group pictures and individual family pictures. This is my stepson and his family, they are here often and will be back this weekend so I wanted to make sure I got as many layouts done of them as I could so I could give then a stack to take home. They have many albums there that Nikki adds them to.
I used the September 1st sketch at "LET'S GET SKETCHY" for this layout. That is the link to the challenge and here is the sketch.
When making this layout when my husbands kids were all visiting with the end of June I had the challenge #413 at "LASTING MEMORIES" in mind. There is still time to play along so check all the weekly challenges for September.
I have 3 different patterned paper, 3 embellishments my wood veneer hearts and 3 family pictures. I am making this for my step sons family so I have two pictures of just them and then one with his sisters family with them. I'll be making another layout later for my step daughter later. But our son will be visiting with his family again this weekend and I wanted to have more layouts ready for them to take home.

For a couple days now I've been concentrating on making layout about our day trip to Silver Dollar City and this is finally the last one. I think I've used about every combination of pictures that I can.
This layout is about the SDC Railroad. We ride on it every time we go. It is a nice relaxing ride through the woods and other areas of the amusement park and just a nice time to sit and enjoy.
I used sketch #341 at "SKETCHES IN THYME" for this layout.
I love all the fun places to take pictures on each trip to Silver Dollar City. This last trip they were all decked out for fall and I just love all the fall colors with mums, leaves and pumpkins.
For this layout of our day trip I used sketch #161 at "SKETCH N SCRAP" I used a new paper stack I bought, Recollections - Pumpkin Spice and then I fussy cut the extra pumpkins from a partial sheet of paper I had in my stash of fall goodies. It worked out perfect for some extra little embellishments.

I"m combining two challenges for this layout. A sketch challenge from September 15th at
"LET'S GET SKETCHY" and a color mood board challenge #414 at "LASTING MEMORIES"
We went to Silver Dollar City last week and got some great fall scenery pictures of each other and some of both of us together. The people there taking the pictures to sale on site are also great about taking your personal camera and taking pictures for you. I love it.
Here are the links to the two challenges.
"LET'S GET SKETCHY"
"LASTING MEMORIES" I used a lot of the colors and also inspired by all the fall pictures.
We bought season tickets for the park this year and finally got around to taking our 2nd trip there for the year. We will go back early in Nov. for the Christmas festival but I wanted to be sure we got there for the Fall Craft and Cowboy Festival. It is always so pretty with all the fall colors out.
The Colour Palette sketch at "THE STUDIO CHALLENGES" was perfect for making this layout because it had all the color in it I wanted to use, brown, orange, gold and teal.
Here is the link to the challenge at "THE STUDIO CHALLENGES" You have until October 7th to join the monthly challenges.

The end of August was school picture day for Gibson and Addisyn. They were all dressed up and Mom even got some pictures of them before they got on the school bus. Now waiting to see how the pictures turn out.
I used the September Blend-a-Sketch challenge at "SCRAP OUR STASH" for this challenge.
Besides combing the two sketches the twist was also to use buttons or Flair and I used 4 different buttons. I used a shaped patterned paper from the sketch on the right and then added two different background papers from the sketch on the left and also used a doily for the circle image on the left hand sketch. Again from the right hand sketch I placed my buttons where there were in embellishments in that right sketch.
Here is the link to the challenge and all the information at "SCRAP OUR STASH"
Blend a Sketch Challenge:
Create a layout blending these two sketch and you
must use Buttons or Flairs on your layout!
When posting your layout, please indicate what inspired you from both sketches to create your layout.
Take a look at this month's prize:
Make sure you upload your layout to the sidebar by
Entries are due: September 29th, 11:59 PM (PST)
I am also entering this layout at "USE YOUR STUFF" in challenge #330 Friendship.
Gibson and Addisyn might be brother and sister but the friendship between them is amazing. Addisyn is on the autism spectrum and Gibson is always there with her making sure she does things right and that no one ever makes fun of her because of how she might act. They are the best of friends and love doing things together. They make me so proud.
The challenge is simple at "USE YOUR STUFF" is simple................
Hello! The challenge this week is to create a project about "Friendship".

I got a lot of fun pictures of my grandkids while they were here over Labor Day weekend. These are when we went down to the iconic Bagnell Dam strip and did some souvenir shopping and just walking around looking at things.
I am entering at the "LASTING MEMORIES" Challenge #412 Mixed Bag Challenge - Either/Or
Here are the details....

September started with Labor day weekend with both of my kids together and all 3 grandkids on my side. My son and his 2 kids hadn't been back for 18 months so it was great to all be together.
I put together my page with just a handful of the pictures from the weekend. We managed to do so much in a short time, plus we started at my brothers in Columbia for the day and night on Saturday and then we all came to my house at the lake right after breakfast on Sunday. So it was me and my hubby, my Dad, my brother, my daughter and son-in-law and granddaughter, my son and his girlfriend and his two kids and her child. A full house and a lot of fun.
I used Sketch #109 at "SKETCHES IN THYME PL STYLE" for my title card for the page.
Here is the sketch and the link to "SITPLS" and then followed by my full Pl page.

I'm having fun making layouts from this Labor Day weekend with everyone here in town together.
Here is another one when I went to the strip to walk around and shop for things with Kai and Mylan Sunday night.
I used the sketch at "SKETCHES IN THYME" this is sketch #339, there first one for September.
I have started working on layouts from Labor Day weekend with all the family together. We had so much fun and did so many different things. Including a special request by Kai to make brownies and that is what we did Sunday night. Both Kai and Mylan had so much fun mixing the brownies and baking them.
I'm entering this layout at "THE STUDIO CHALLENGES" I had a few days left to enter the
"Happy Challenge" and we were all definitely happy making the brownies and then eating them afterwards.
Here is the challenge.
Happy; August happens to be Happiness Happens month in America so we want to see your Happy layouts

I had my son and two grandkids from Texas here at the lake with me over Labor Day weekend and we had so much fun together. We crammed in tons of activities and had a blast.
I made this layout today and I get to enter it in two new September challenges.
First I used the sketch #160 at "SKETCH N SCRAP" it was perfect for these pictures we took of each other on a boat outing Sunday afternoon. It was rough and windy so we didn't go far but still had a lot of fun.
Here is the sketch I used and like to "SKETCH N SCRAP" for all their challenges this month.
The next challenge I will enter this is the first of the month for "LASTING MEMORIES"
They are going to have a Mixed Bag of challenges for the month starting off with this one.....
"End of Summer" plus the twist was to use the word Fun on your layout, I have it in my title.
Here is the link to "LASTING MEMORIES" and info on the challenge.
LM #411 - Since Labor Day is tomorrow here in the US, and it is the "unofficial" end to summer, create a summer themed layout and include the word "fun" on your layout - this can be in the title, in your journaling, or on your embellishments.
The last week of July both of my step children and their families joined us here at the lake for 5 days.
We had so much fun out on and in the water. I've been saving this single sheet of wave runner paper for years and now using it. The way I'm cutting it I'll be able to use it on 3 different layouts starting with this one where I used the September Jump Start sketch at "THE SCRAPROOM BLOG"
Here is the sketch.
