Took these pictures from our front door looking out to the front yard. I'm using the sketch #490 at "SKETCHES IN THYME" for this layout.

I need to get a few more Halloween cards made so I can get them all out in the mail early next week.
When I saw the new card sketch #204 at "SKETCH N SCRAP" I knew it would perfect to make a Halloween card. I had a whole 12x12 page of PL style Halloween cards and I just cut out the one I wanted to use and then went to my Halloween papers and looked for scraps I could use for the rest of the card.
Here is the link to "SKETCH N SCRAP" and the card sketch.
I used Sketch #235 at "SKETCH N SCRAP" for this layout. It was perfect for my 3 pictures.
Sunday was our family trip back to Lloyds Pumpkin Patch. None of us went in 2020 because of COVID so it was nice to all go back together again. A lot of changes have been made in the 2 years and we enjoyed everything.
I used the October sketch reveal at "SCRAP OUR STASH" for this group of family pictures. The sketch was perfect to use them all together. You were also to use the colors Brown, Orange and Yellow in your layout which I have done.AZ
I made this card this morning use the "TUESDAY MORNING SKETCHES" for this card.
Great sketch to use for any occasion.
I used the October 5th card sketch at "SKECH N SCRAP" for this card. I need to get busy on all my Halloween cards I need to get mailed out.
Here is the sketch:
Sitting on my lap is getting more and more rare the older my youngest granddaughter gets. But Saturday morning while we were waiting for her Soccer game to start and I asked her to come sit with me. She said yes, so I passed my phone off to make sure we got a picture. Can't pass up those opportunities. Then there were other times during the game we were "waiting", such as half-time and when they took a water break. They are understanding more and more of the game each time they play. This was their best game, they lost, but it was a close game 4-3 and not a runaway like in the past.
This is my entry for October for "CHALLENGE YOURSELF" I have a picture of my self and Black and White layout plus one color and that color is green, to go with her soccer jersey.
Everyone was over at the kids house one evening just visiting and then decided to start a fire in the fire pit. So of course then Elle wanted to make smore's. So we did.
I used the Scrappy Friends challenges for this layout.
"ROCHELLE SPEARS BLOG" for this great sketch. I love it and will save it to use again I'm sure. With several grandkids to make albums for and also my own albums, I can always repeat sketches for different books with ease.
Next is "SCRAP WITH STACY" for her October tic-tac-toe challenge. I was going for the middle row, Banner, Mixed Alpha title and Circle, but realized I actually have several tic-tac toes, also the middle column, the diagonal left top to bottom right, left column and bottom row. I just didn't do any stamping on my layout.
I just finished this layout for the October Remix Challenge at "SCRAP OUR STASH" more pictures from a family vacation in July where the cousins got to be together. This layout will go in my oldest granddaughter Mylan's album since the pictures feature her the most.
I thought this was such a cute picture of my granddaughter at her grandparents home in New York. They were having a tea party on the front porch and serving the drinks for all the ladies to go with their fruit and cheese tray.
I used the challenge #487 at "SKETCHES IN THYME" for this layout. The sketch was made by Shawn Lahr and was fun to do my interpretation of it.
It's a new month and new challenges. Always a fun time for all of us that scrapbook and/or make cards.
I printed some pictures yesterday that I wanted to be sure and make layouts with and I was thrilled when I saw the new sketch #234 at "SKETCH N SCRAP". I knew I had these pictures to scrap and I went right to work on my layout. I used all scraps but that background and it is just one piece of 12x12 paper. I cut it at 3.5" and then I put both the A side and B side together to use both sides and make a new 12x12 background.
Here is the link to "SKETCH N SCRAP" and the sketch is below. Enjoy all their challenges this month.
Happy October everyone.
