August Color

 

I used the Sunday scrap lift at Paper Issues for this layout and then all my embellishments are wood veneer and that is a favorite of mine so this works perfectly for the challenge at "LASTING MEMORIES' Challenged #812.

Having a Good Time

 I made this double page layout first thing this morning using everything from my favorite brand for the "LASTING MEMORIES" Challenge #811,  Favorite Things: Brands.   My favorite brand is Echo Park. the two patterned paper and the two house embellishments, one round sticker and one square chipboard piece all came from the Echo Park Farm House Summer Collection.      These pictures were of my daughter and family on their Spring Break vacation this March when they took a bucket list trip to New Zealand.

OUR TRAVELS

  I made this layout today using the tic-tac-toe challenge for August at  "SCRAP WITH STACY "

I used the bottom line across  Twine/Ribbon,  Black (everything is matted with black card stock) and Fussy Cut,  I fussy cut the top part of a cut-apart in a travel collection. it was a 4.x6 cut apart but I cut out just what I needed to use a journal box, then I taped on black card stock and fussy cut it again.

VACATION

 I'm going to be working on vacation pages this week and this will probably be the first page to start our Alaska cruise in June.     I used the sketch at "ROCHELLE SPEARS BLOG" 

I'm also going to be using this layout for the first August prompt posted today at "LASTING MEMORIES"   Challenge #810.    My favorite tool is a good border punch and I used this punch twice on this layout.

I got this made this morning using the mood board #4 for July and Challenge #809 at "LASTING MEMORIES.    Most of the colors are represented on the planes on the patterned paper.      But I have blue cardstock base, light blue chipboard plane and brown chipboard alpha title.

I love Summer & a Treat

  I made this layout of my granddaughter and her friends enjoying so froyoo for the Scrappy Sisters challenges.    The sketch by "ROCHELLE SPEARS BLOGSPOT" 

Then the tic-tac toe board at "SCRAP WITH STACY"  I did diagonal Mixed Title, 4 or more patterned papers and Stickers.
