 I made this layout for the Scrappy Friends Challenges for March.     I started with the March sketch from "ROCHELLE SPEARS SCRAPBOOKING"  and then the Tic-Tac Toe Challenge  for March at  "SCRAPPING WITH STACY"  I used column, Bakers Twine Tag, Circle.
