I made this layout of my granddaughter and her other grandmother that is in town for an extended visit taking Malcolm for a walk to the park. I used the January sketch at "SCRAP OUR STASH" and I used 5 different patterned papers and 4 different embellishments, a puffy bow, a dog square, 2 hearts on the picture and 2 chipboard buttons on the right side.
I made this double page layout using the double page sketch at "STICK IT DOWN" I had so many pictures to choose from I ended up adding one extra picture on each side.
I made this game time fun layout for the SCRAPPY FRIENDS double challenges.
First is the sketch for "ROCHELLE SPEARS"
Then the Tic-Tac-Toe at "SCRAP WITH STACY" I did the top row, Circle, Banner, Ink/Paint. I inked the edges all around the red textured background paper and I also inked the edges of the green card stock mat around the patterned papers.

The challenge #631 at "LASTING MEMORIES" is Firsts. So I made this layout about how we spent our first day of 2023. We went out for a nice meal on New Years Eve, so New Years Day was spent quietly at home. We had leftovers from the night before and lots of snacks, this was what I was enjoying while watching the Chiefs win and play the next last game of the regular season. It was the perfect FIRST DAY OF A NEW YEAR.

Happy 2023! The new year is here. This month we are focusing on the year that has passed and the new year that's ahead.
Our first challenge of the new year is:
LM #631 - Firsts - Since January is the first month of the year, this week we are creating layouts about "firsts." Maybe it's a first birthday, first anniversary, first time visiting a restaurant, or new vacation spot.
Along with all the layout scrapping I do, I also do a double pocket page Project Life spread for each week during the year of what I did. Some weeks something is special is going on and other times, I just have pictures of just about every dinner we have and maybe picture of the movies we watch together. So at the end of the my 2022 album I had one empty back of the last page I did for weekly 2022 and I didn't know what I was going to do for it. But there were two new challenges I saw this week that I knew would be perfect for this last page of my 2022 Project Life album. I went through all my pictures for the year and picked out favorite things I did or what happened for each month during the year. Printed them, typed out my journaling of what each monthly picture represents and then on all but two of the months I added a little embellishment to go with the picture.

I made this layout using the single page sketch at "STICK IT DOWN" after a very cold week around Christmas we started the New Year off with warm weather and Elle was able to wear her new biking outfit for the first time with a New Years Day bike ride with her Dad and some biking friends including her little friend Charlie.
