My stepdaughter always has the best parties whether for adults or kids and it was no exception for her now 7 year old granddaughter. She wanted a combo mermaid & hippopotamus themed party and that is what she got.
I made this for the "SCRAP OUR STASH" July Remix challenge, using a scrap lift that was posted and you have to add puffy sticker/embellishment. I have puffy alphas, hearts, star and circles.
